A reminder that Shakira has been nominated for two awards at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards, which will be held in Berlin, Germany on November 5th. She's up for Best Female and Best Video. Voting is open now - click here to vote for Shakira (thanks!).

Dear Shakira, I hope you had a wonderful day. Your amazing and most beautiful ballad 'Antes de las seis' inspired my first novel - a beautiful love story. It features your music and my dream is to share it with you and if the stars align I hope to get your blessing to publish.
