Shakira visits Haiti

On Sunday, Shakira flew into Haiti to meet survivors of the devestating earthquake which hit the country in January. She was there on behalf of the Barefoot Foundation, which is searching for a suitable place to build a school for children in need. Shakira was welcomed by actor Sean Penn, who is providing humanitarian aid at the refugee camps. Together they visited a makeshift camp for 50,000 quake survivors.

the human family

no matter the country where we may come from or the race we have the whole world is like a house and when there is a problem in one country is like there is fire in a room in the house and we must all show concern before the fire sets the whole house burning...I wish you and Sean Penn a successful time in Haiti and I wish as many people as possible could show care and attention in this way

a better structure

Hola, soy de Polonia, me llamo David y soy estudiante. Voy a escribir en espanol porque es mas facil expresarme en ese idoma que en ingles. He leido el articulo y estoy pasando como puedo ayudar. Me gustaria añadir mi pequeña gota a este oceano. Lo mas importanre como escribió Shakira es: no poder a olvidar. Yo no quiero. Me pueden decir ustedes como una persona normal, como yo - un estudiante, no milionario puede ayudar? Que posiblilidades tengo?

Shakira visit Haiti

Oh my Shaki is already so busy. I admire you the way you can do it all. You are everywhere at the same time, an appearance here today, gone tomorrow and then you take even in the Dom. Rep. your wonderful songs. It is impressive that you has also found time for your social projects and not just give the money. You radiate always a joy from your appearances on the TV (whether at a live show, your work at your seat commercial or interviews). You are the best thing what God has ever created. I love you so much. The best greetings from Germany.
