We're pleased to announce that Shakira's next US single will be a brilliant new track, Give It Up To Me. The song was produced by Timbaland and features a guest appearance from Lil Wayne. It will be included on the special US version of the She Wolf album, which is out in November.

We're asking you to create an original, animated video for She Wolf or Loba. You can use any medium of animation - be it cartoon, stop-motion, claymation, CGI etc - but it must be all your own work. To enter, add your video to YouTube.com/group/shewolfcontest before September 30th 2009.

The winner will then be selected by Shakira herself! One grand prize winner will receive the new Final Cut Studio, a $2,000 Apple giftcard, plus signed Shakira merch and CDs. We're very pleased to report that Loba (the Spanish version of She Wolf) has hit Number One in the Billboard Latin Songs chart. This is actually Shakira's eighth Latin Number One in the US. Amazing.

\r\nThis Thanksgiving, Nov 26th, CNN will announce the 2009 ìCNN Hero of the Yearî and honor the Top Ten CNN Heroes in a star-studded gala celebration from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood. We're pleased to report that Shakira has been named as one of the Blue Ribbon Panel who will judge the awards. Other panelists include Colin Powell, Sir Elton John, Ted Turner and Mariane Pearl. The broadcast will air globally on CNN, CNN International and CNN en Espanol.
